Van(dalized)

On Saturday at 8:00 am, five of the youth, Kim, my youth leader, and I all got into a van to raise money for a youth conference in Seattle, Dare 2 Share. We started at IHOP on #10 we stayed there for 2 hours and collected money. Then we moved on to the front of the Willowbrook Mall. There, we didn't raise too much money and got kicked out after an hour by a grumpy unnamed security guard. Then we moved on and went to Extra Foods where we met my mom. She gave us $20 and snacks. We parked by the buggies so people could give us loonies. Smart, eh? After about another hour, the manager came out and asked us where our papers were to say we could be there. At least he was nice about it unlike Grumpy Magoo, the mall security guard. So we went for lunch at Wendy's/McDonald's. I asked for add bacon on my Toasted Deli Sandwich but NOOOOO! Why would they add bacon for the stupid customer? Anyways, after that, we went to one of the Daniel's houses to get his pillows for the night and headed to Wal-Mart. When we got to Wal-Mart, Kim's friend Amy gave her her lunch. So we go outside Wal-Mart for about 10 minutes before realizing that that location was unsuccessful. Off we went to Efads where my sister brought us games and puzzle books and my iPod that I'm so very fond of. So we raised a little and a lot there. We got a bit of change from the pedestrians and $100 from my dad letting us reach the goal of $450. We discussed it and extended our reach to the stars above (a.k.a., $650). So we leave and go to the Future Shop/Michael's area. We raise a bit of money and leave to go to White Spot and Collosus. There, we finally get $650. So to celebrate, we go to Boston Pizza. It felt so weird getting out of the van finally. So after that we went to Roger's Video to rent "Just My Luck". We got back to the church at 9 pm and finished the movie at midnight. We finally got to bed but not to sleep. When we got up, we went into the van to raise money for the Haiti mission then went to church.
